Anthem of CREC—“Trailbreaker”

The Mohammed VI Bridge spans the valley of the Bouregreg River near Rabat in Morocco, measuring 952 meters in length and 30.4 meters in width. It is the first modern cable-stayed bridge in Africa, as well as cable-stayed bridge with the longest span on the continent. The bridge features a dinstictive design and an attractive, streamlined shape. Of cable-stayed bridges of the same kind around the world, it ranks first in terms of flexibility and span. The completion of the bridge demonstrated CREC’s remarkable achievements in the international bridge engineering market, playing a due role in bringing Chinese bridge technology to the world and facilitating the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.
