Anthem of CREC—“Trailbreaker”
Recently, winners of the 2021 MUSE Design Awards were announced, and the “CREC Cloud Bay” in Guiyang, developed by China Railway Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., was listed among them. This is the third international design award the project has received, following the Gold Award of the Melbourne Design Award and the Gold Award of the World Habitat Award in 2020.
The MUSE Design Awards, created by the New York-based International Awards Associates (IAA), is an international design competition for creative professionals and companies from all fields of design and one of the world’s most influential awards in the field of creative design.
CREC's “Dream River Bay” project in Guiyang, positioned as “a global destination for bay area living,” adopts the development concept of “creating a scenic resort before building a scenic city,” with an aim to integrate property with natural landscapes and bring city back to nature.
