Mr. Liu Baolong, a senior engineer, is Vice President of CREC. He started to work in 1984. From November 2009 to January 2013, he served as CEO and Vice Chairman of China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and Chief Commander of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Project Headquarters under China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. From January 2013 to March 2014, he served as Vice Chairman of China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. From March 2014 to June 2018, he served as Chairman and Legal Representative of China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. From June 2018 to August 2018, he served as Vice President of CREC as well as Chairman and Legal Representative of China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. From August 2018 to March 2021, he served as Vice President of CREC. He has been Vice President of CREC since March 2021. Mr. Liu studied engineering management at Central South University, and later obtained an MBA degree from Tsinghua University.
