Mr. Jia Huiping, a senior economist and senior political analyst, is Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of CREC. He began to work in 1985. From November 2010 to December 2011, he served as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of CREC Airport Construction Co., Ltd. From December 2011 to August 2014, he served as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of CREC Airport Construction Co., Ltd. and Chief Commander of the Southern China Headquarters of CREC Airport Construction Co., Ltd. From August 2014 to June 2017, he served as Chairman of Wuhan Railway Electrification Bureau Group Co., Ltd. under CREC. From June 2017 to February 2020, he served as Director of the Cadres Department of CREC. From February 2020 to March 2021, he served as Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of CREC and CRECG. He has been Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of CREC since March 2021. Mr. Jia got his MBA degree from Beijing Jiaotong University.
