Mr. Yuan Baoyin, a senior engineer, is Employee Representative Supervisor and Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of CREC as well as Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of CRECG. From March 2008 to March 2011, he served as Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of China Railway No.9 Group Co., Ltd. From March 2011 to January 2013, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of CREC and CRECG. From January 2013 to March 2014, he served as Chairman of China Railway No.9 Group Co., Ltd. From March 2014 to September 2019, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of CREC and CRECG. He has been Employee Representative Supervisor and Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of CREC as well as Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of CRECG since September 2019. Mr. Yuan graduated from the department of civil engineering of Tianjin University, and later obtained a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
