Mr. Wen Limin, a senior accountant and certified public accountant, is Non-executive Director of CREC, and Outside Director of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and China First Heavy Industries (Group) Co., Ltd. He began to work in 1990. From September 2005 to January 2018, he served as Chief Accountant of Dongfang Electric Corporation (DEC). From June 2014 to March 2018, he also served as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of DEC. From January 2018 to September 2020, he served as Chief Accountant of China Southern Power Grid. Since December 2020, he has served as Outside Director of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and China First Heavy Industries (Group) Co., Ltd. Since March 2021, he has served as Non-executive Director of CREC. Mr. Wen graduated from Beijing Water Conservancy and Power Business Management Institute and obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics. Later, he obtained a senior MBA degree from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
