Recently, the Shanghai Stock Exchange announced the evaluation results of information disclosure of companies listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2021-2022 and CREC (Stock Code: 601390). This is also the ninth consecutive year that CREC has won this honor since the Shanghai Stock Exchange launched such an evaluation.

The evaluation of information disclosure of listed companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange is a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of information disclosure of listed companies and related work, which is carried out once a year. The assessment mainly includes the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, compliance, fairness, and effectiveness of information disclosure, as well as the implementation of sub-industry information disclosure requirements, information disclosure related to system construction and investor relations management, standardized operation, and other aspects, are important indicators to measure the quality of the process of listed companies. The evaluation period is from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022. A total of 1642 listed companies on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange participated in the evaluation in this period. There are 300 companies whose information disclosure assessment results are A, accounting for 18.27%. According to statistics, the proportion of listed companies rated as Class A for three consecutive years is about 10%.
