The project is located at the central axis of Tianfu New District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It starts at the junction of Tianfu Avenue and Lushan Avenue and ends in the Second City Expressway, which is the largest project in the city. The total length of the line is approximately 24.7 kilometers, and the width of the road’s right of way is 80 meters. The level of this road is Grade I of the main urban road, and the investment amount of asphalt and concrete is 6.76 billion CNY (approximately 0.98 billion USD). The project was started in April 2012 and completed in July 2015.
