The project is located at the northeast of Changchun City and is planned to be an international, modern and comprehensive logistics hub with a total area of approximately 54 square kilometers. The logistics park adopts the functional division of “two ports, three centers and six areas”, namely, Northeast Asia International Land Port and Smart Highway Port, Northeast Asia International Business Service Center, Logistics R&D Center and Exhibition Center as well as Bonded Logistics area, professional logistics area, equipment logistics area, e-commerce industrial area, advanced manufacturing area and residential supporting area. The total investment of the project is approximately 20.2 billion CNY (2.9 billion USD). It will be developed in four phases. The construction period is 4 years, and the operation period is 11 years. The total cooperation period is 18 years.
