Werksmans Office Building locates in the core area in Sandton CBD, Johannesburg, South Africa, where is identified as the richest square mile. In May 2015, 12 years lease agreement was signed with Werksmans Attorneys, one of the largest law firms in South Africa. Development completed and property delivered in December 2017. The project covers an area of 6,852㎡, with 15 floors above ground and 8 underground floors with a total development area of 21,625 ㎡. The building is currently one of the Sandton landmarks and the most successful overseas commercial real estate project of CREC.
