Anthem of CREC—“Trailbreaker”
Block B of Dalian International Financial Futures Center is in the vicinity of Xinghai Square in Dalian. The project covers an area of 8,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 311,100 square meters and a total building height of 242.05 meters. It has a 53-story tower, a five-story podium and a three-story basement. This project is the first high-end real estate in Dalian developed and constructed by CREC. Completed in September 2010, it is a landmark building in Dalian, on the top of which we could enjoy the sea scene.

The project won the 2010-2011 National Quality Engineering Silver Award, and the 2010 New Technology Application Demonstration Project of Second Construction Industry in Liaoning Province.
