Li Xinsheng, senior sdministration engineer, senior economist, vice presodent of CREC. Mr. Li began his career in 2001. He served as chairman of the Trade Union and chairman of the Supervisory Board at China Railway Resources Group Co., Ltd. from April 2014 to November 2015, as executive director and legal representative of China Railway Material Trade Group Co., Ltd. from November 2015 to June 2017, and as chairman and legal representative of China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group from January 2020 to April 2021. He has been vice president of CREC since April 2021. Mr. Li graduated from Central South University with a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, and later studied human geography at Peking University and graduated with a Master of Science degree.
