Xiao Guoliang, aged 24, was born in a small village of Muong Say County, Oudomxay Province of the Laos.

In 2016, the key project of the "Belt and Road" Initiative, Boten-Vientiane Railway section of China-Laos Railway in the border of the Laos, was started. The project department offered XIAO a job, which changed his life.

I will continue to work for  the people in my hometown in the future when the project is completed. "
