Independently developed by China Railway Engineering Equipment Group, the GJ3A three-boom three-basket arch installation trolley is a new type of equipment for tunnel construction. It can be used for arch installation, high-altitude auxiliary mesh affixing, bolt setting, and auxiliary charging, and also serves as a platform for aerial work. Powered by both diesel and electricity and capable of two-way driving, the equipment is designed to work under difficult engineering conditions and suitable for arch installation in single-hole single-lane tunnel, single-hole double-lane tunnel, and tunnels adopting the full-face method or the bench cut method. It can also help install steel arches and flower arches in different sizes. With three heavy-duty booms, the highly-efficient, multifunctional GJ3A arch installation trolley is easy to be maintained at lower labor costs.
