On March 17, Baoshan Infectious Disease Hospital of Yunnan Province, a "double promotion" project constructed by China Railway No.10 Engineering Group, passed the completion acceptance, and the only specialized hospital in the city with specialized medical facilities for infectious disease prevention and control will soon be put into use.
The construction project of the hospital adopts the FEPC financing general contracting mode, with a planned area of 22,180 square meters and a total construction area of 29,900 square meters. The construction includes the outpatient medical technology ward building, the administrative logistics subsidiary building, as well as the liquid oxygen station, the sewage treatment station, the guard room and other independent supporting projects. There are 300 beds and 180 general wards in the hospital.
"It is expected to be fully delivered and put into use in May this year." The project manager of Baoshan Infectious Disease Hospital of the Fifth Company of China Railway No.10 Engineering Group said, "Since the completion and acceptance of Tengchong Infectious Disease Hospital, this is the second infectious disease hospital we have built in Yunnan Province.". The smooth progress and completion of the two livelihood projects are our best answer to the local government and the people.
After the completion and operation of Baoshan Infectious Disease Hospital, the local infectious disease treatment capacity and public health prevention and control capacity will be further enhanced to meet the health service needs of the broad masses of people.
