On March 27, the last through the high-voltage cable of the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway, which was built by the Third Company of China Railway Electrification Engineering Group, was successfully laid in the DK59-DK62 section from Karawang to Padalarang. So far, the high-voltage cable laying of the whole line of the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway has been completed and is about to enter the power transmission stage.
The Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway is 142.3 kilometers long and is designed to run through 1002 kilometers of high-voltage cables. The railway bridges along the line are high, the roadbed and bridges alternate in turn, and the construction roads are mostly winding mountain roads with steep slopes and many bends, greatly complicating the transportation and laying of high-voltage cables.
Since entering the site, the project department of the third company has optimized the construction group in time according to the different construction environments and cable trench location conditions and selected the combination of self-made tractors, grinding machinery, and manual cable laying.
